Think Pilates, but with an extra dose of strength and spice.This class blends classic Pilates moves with functional strength exercises to build a body that’s strong, balanced, and seriously powerful – without bulking up or burning out.

Expect big moves, small pulses, and lots of “OMG, why is this so hard?!” moments. But don’t worry, you’ll love it. Let’s build strength that feels as good as it looks.
